Protest Warrior

Whilst most examples of fungagement are produced by left wing or apolitical groups, Protest Warrior is refreshing for using humor as a vehicle for a right wing message. At left wing protest marches, members of Protest Warrior turn up carrying witty signs that criticize the lefty point of view.

Some examples of signs read: ‘Make love, after war’, ‘Stop the vicious spread of wealth creation, vote Green! And let’s all be poor and miserable equally.’ Or: ‘Socialist Action Network, working to perfect the ultimate police state.’

For Protest Warrior, war is an evil thing, but still a necessary evil. Leftist anti-war protestors miss the point by claiming all war is always unnecessary. According to the Protest Warrior website, the message of anti-war protesters only serves to demoralize troops and embolden dictators around the world. The Protest Warriors want to critique the liberal point through fun action and dialogue rather than resorting to belligerence or violence.
